We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. We also accept Paypal.

Orders generally arrive within a week and a half to two weeks of order placement.

Total delivery time is equal to handling time plus shipping time.

Handling
Handling time is the time needed for an order to flow through the queue and to be packaged for pick up by the carrier. Processing and handling an order may take 3-5 business days.

Shipping
The United States Postal Service is used for shipping. With ground service, shipping may take 5-7 business days.

Sales tax is not charged on orders that are shipping to an address outside of Pennsylvania. If you are shipping merchandise to an address within Pennsylvania you will be charged the current PA sales tax rate for Westmoreland County.

Orders will be delivered via First Class mail by the U.S. Postal Service.

Ground shipping costs:

$4.99 for any order under $10.00

$5.99 for any order between $10.00 and $19.99

$6.99 for any order between $20.00 and $29.99

$7.99 for any order between $30.00 and $49.99

$8.99 for any order between $50.00 and $69.99

$10.99 for any order between $70.00 and $99.99

$12.99 for any order between $100.00 and $199.99

$14.99 for orders over $200.00

For heavier items, shipping costs may vary. You will be notified by email if additional charges are required. You will have the opportunity to accept the charges or you may elect to have the order cancelled.

For multiple item orders, they may ship from separate warehouses. In these instances you will receive multiple packages and tracking numbers via email as the items ship.

Occasionally HeroOutfitters will run promotions and distribute coupons to its customers via email. If you have received a coupon and you would like to redeem it, add the items that you'd like to purchase to your cart and then begin the checkout process. Enter the coupon code on bottom of the billing page where your payment information is captured. The resulting discount will be applied and displayed on the final order review page before your order is placed.

If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price, and any associated tax, within sixty (60) days of the delivery date.

Please return the item for an exchange or full refund (less original shipping charges) of the amount paid within 60 days of the delivery date at your expense. The item must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, we will exchange the item or refund the account. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

For clearance items, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges will not be issued.

For customized orders, personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return (other than defect or manufacturer error) due to their customized nature.

For returned / exchanged items that were purchased during a dollar off or percent off promotion, credits will be calculated and distributed accordingly on a per item basis.

Every customer and every order is important to us! So we check every order before it leaves our warehouse.

Still, errors can occur. If you receive an item that is damaged or if you receive the wrong merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and a Customer Service representative will assist you with further instructions.
